SUNDAY ASSIGNMENT: TIME TO FINISH IT (WELL, ALMOST)
Okay, the time has come. No more critique group, no more contests, no more beta readers. My first novel, Return to Rainbow Ridge, is all in my hands now. At least until November 4, when it's due at the editor for the final evaluation.
So—for the next 13 days it's all in my hands, mind, and heart. I'll need all three, since there are some significant changes yet to make from my critique group, who finished their review last Friday, and my beta readers' comments. It's all good, should make it a much better story. But I have to do the final figuring out how to put the words down on the screen.
I know what needs to be done, and generally now to do it. But it will he a busy two weeks. Worth every minute, though.
