THURSDAY: STILL AT IT
I wrote earlier about my deadline dilemma for my next book, HIS KIND OF MUSIC. Well, I’ve taken one more step along the road to publishing it. I sent out the first half of the manuscript to my Beta Readers so they could do their thing. The second half will follow this weekend. I still have an April 18 deadline for my Editor, so that gives them 4 weeks to review it and give feedback, but leaves me only one week to fix everything. I’m hoping that will work.
Of course, it will work. I’ll make it work. The pressure is on. But I wouldn’t want it any other way.
In early May I’ll find out the results of the Oklahoma Writers Federation, Inc. contest I entered this year, unpublished novel for HIS KIND OF MUSIC, published novel for RULE NUMBER ONE, and book cover for HIS KIND OF MUSIC. We’ll see what happens.
Stay tuned for more details
